With 22 retail locations across Canada, manufacturing partnerships, and a fast-growing e-commerce channel, Globo Shoes is a leading footwear and accessories retailer. Its previous systems, Hybris for e-commerce and Flooid for POS, created silos, inefficiencies, and inconsistent customer experiences. Globo turned to Molsoft to lead a full digital transformation, migrating both online and in-store operations to Shopify Plus and Shopify POS.

Challenges
Globo’s challenge was not simply about upgrading software. The real issue lay in breaking down the silos that had formed between channels. The old systems slowed growth, as every change required heavy development efforts, consuming both time and resources. These disconnected systems also created fragmented customer journeys, particularly in areas like loyalty and returns, leaving shoppers with an inconsistent experience.
